Our rates include a gourmet breakfast served on the front porch, second story balcony, in the upstairs parlor, or in your private suite. Rates are based on the size of suite and double occupancy.
Queen size occupancy - $65.00 per night plus tax
King size occupancy - $75.00 per night plus tax

- Check-In Instructions - Check in time is 3:00 p.m and check out time is 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy - Any cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of your arrival will only be charged a $25.00 rebooking fee. No exceptions. If you cancel your reservation fewer than 10 days before arrival or if you fail to arrive altogether, you will be charged the full amount of your stay unless someone else rents the room for the night(s) you have reserved it (in which case you will only be charged the $25.00 rebooking fee).
- No Hidden Fees! You will never be charged anything at Patrick Street Inn except the rental rate for the number of people who stayed in the room plus state-mandated lodging tax. (Of course, the only exceptions are if the room is damaged in accordance with our damage policies set forth below.)
- Group Reservation - Please feel free to enjoy the full use of the facilities. However, we ask that you treat our property and the staff with the respect they deserve. If items are taken from the refrigerator, furniture moved throughout the property, excessive trash left around the premises, etc. a minimum charge of $50.00 per room will be charged to each member of the group's credit card. If items are broken or otherwise destroyed, the charge will be more than $50.00.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Smoking Policy - Smoking is limited to outside only. A $200 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if you smoke inside the room.
- No split bills! If you are sharing the fees for a room or rooms, please put the charges on one person's card and split the bill among yourselves. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but there is no time to divide fees and process several cards at the time of check-in.
- Candles Not Allowed - Please Note: For your safety and the safety of all our guests, absolutely no candles are permitted to be used on our property.
